Synopsis: The 2023 Lady Diamondbacks Cheer team seniors hadn’t gotten a medal since their freshman year. This is their last chance to place before they graduate, but with over half the squad made up of new freshman recruits, will they be able to pull it off?

My name is Joslyn Lopez, and I am already a Hot Cheeto enthusiast. However, I want to be a Director and Screenwriter in the future. When I do become those things, I would like to add more Hispanic and LGBTQ representation.

Statement:

Our Lady Diamondbacks always make it to state. However, the seniors that year hadn’t gotten a medal since their freshman year. This year felt like the year they were gonna place. This was actually one of the first things I ever filmed, which is why it’s so special to me. I had a blast watching and filming these amazing girls. It almost felt like I was part of the cheer Team.
