The Edinburg Arts Foundation is a non-profit organization founded to support the Cultural Arts Division of the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library which is dedicated to providing programs & events that promote a deeper appreciation of the Arts & Culture to the RGV.  Sponsorship fees are payed to the Edinburg Arts Foundation. South Texas International Film Festival is a City of Edinburg Cultural Arts Division event. Sponsors of the South Texas International Film Festival will not only be an important part of our comprehensive campaign to bring a world class and sustainable arts festival to the Rio Grande Valley but will also be supporting important investment in the community's economic well being.
