Arrivederci Paris


Synopsis: One evening, in a luxurious building in the centre of Paris, an armed woman bursts into the apartment of Adriano Rizzo, an actor who exploits his status to abuse young actresses. Later, the mysterious woman reveals her identity: Hélène de Saint-Amand, owner of the apartment. She intends to kill him to put an end to his sexual assaults. She thinks she has the perfect plan to make people believe that the death is suicide by poisoning. But what she doesn’t know is that everything will be filmed. Hélène de Saint-Amand kills her tenant, disguising the crime as suicide, and leaves the apartment.


Louis Salvatore Bellanti

Bio:

Of Sicilian origin, Louis Salvatore Bellanti was born in Lorraine. He grew up in the decor of the factories where his father Giuseppe was a worker. From this childhood, he keeps beautiful memories. In the housing project, where he lives, the coexistence between immigrants of all nationalites is harmonious. Sincere friendship are tied. It’s at the Festival of Italian cinema in Villerupt, created for the important italian community, that he experiences his first emotions as a cinephile. The movies of Ettore Scola, Franco Brusati and Dino Risi are a delight to him. This is when his passion for writing was born. Each year in Villerupt, he attends conferences of great italian directors he is sometimes lucky to meet. These particular days will encourage him to write his first film script. At the age of 22, encouraged by a journalist friend, reader of his first writings, he goes to Paris and takes theater classes with John Strasberg. He will then get various TV and cinema parts. He will also take part into theater plays, particularly at the Comédie Française. In parallel to his work as an actor, he writes his first script, Johnny Monroe, TV fiction of an hour and a half broadcasted by France 3, as well as one episode, Le Studio, for the Intrigue series broadcasted on TF1. With a passion for detective novels, he publishes about fifteen novels in France and in Italy. In 2022, Louis Salvatore Bellanti writes and directs his first short film entitled Arrivederci Paris.
